ABOUT THIS GAME

Every furrow, fish, deer, and child belongs — by law — to Prince Edric Havenlore. When his guards take the West Village seed grain on a cold spring morning, the die is cast: there will be no appeal, and come winter there will be no food. You are one serf with a yew bow, empty hands, and a thought dangerous enough to change the seasons. Explore thirty-six outdoor scenes and six interiors across a six-by-six grid, meet eighteen named NPCs whose dialogue shifts with season, schedule, and your deeds, and navigate a world that remembers everything. Build personal bonds with a village serf, a merchant's daughter, and a noble sister — each a friendship or courtship gate with promises you can keep or break. Survive a telegraphed hard winter that tracks village stores, household outcomes, and the weight of mercy. When readiness is sufficient, choose how Havenlore changes: a popular rising, a festival infiltration, or an armed assault. Eight endings reflect what you became and what the land remembers.

KEY FEATURES

Living Medieval World
Explore thirty-six outdoor locations across a six-by-six grid, each with distinct art, props, wildlife, and seasonal variants. Seasons alter the ground, trees, atmosphere, and what the land yields — from spring mud and blossom to winter snow and bare growth.
Personal Bond Routes
Three complete friendship and romance routes with deed-gated milestones, promises, and political consequences. Romance is exclusive — choosing one divides the others, and divided loyalties are answered plainly.
Witness and Reputation System
Guards, monks, merchants, and serfs react contextually to violence. Perception ranges, report delivery, authority routes, and local alarms turn every act into a chain of consequences that can catch up days later.
Hard Winter Survival
A telegraphed winter chain tracks village stores against known need across warning, preparation, pressure, and reckoning phases. Each household responds to preparation, contribution, or loss.
Three Uprising Strategies, Eight Endings
Launch a popular rising, a festival infiltration, or an armed assault. How you face the prince and what you demand of Havenlore shapes which of the eight endings the land reaches. Your ending follows from reputation, violence, legitimacy, and the promises you kept.
Seasonal Wildlife and Ecology
Deer and sheep populate the land with named owners. Killing carries owner wrath, witness response, and reputation shifts. Seasons change what you forage and how the ground looks.
Hand-Authored Dialogue
Eighteen named NPCs with seasonal, contextual, and relationship-aware dialogue. From the prince's cold pronouncements to the bard's forbidden songs, every line advances a responsive world.
Persistent Campaign with Versioned Saves
Autosave on major events, three manual save slots, and an eight-version migration system keep your rebellion alive across browser restarts and updates.
